TS HEAT & AIR, INC. was established in 1983 and is still family owned and operated. Terry Shinn, president and founder of the company, is in the office every day. TS Heat & Air operates 17 fully staffed trucks in the Oklahoma City metro area.

TS HEAT & AIR, INC. specializes in residential installations and service. We install approximately 1500 systems per year. In our new construction division we work with over 65 professional homebuilders and with individuals who are building their new homes. The equipment change out and remodel division works with homeowners who are making improvements to their current home.

TS HEAT & AIR, INC. has the largest "working" showroom in Oklahoma. Our showroom lets you "test drive" the system you want to buy.

TS HEAT & AIR, INC. believes in providing personal service. If you call our office during regular business hours (Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM) your call will be answered by a member of our office staff. Since there is no automated operator to deal with, you speak to a real live person every time you call. After normal business hours our office phones are forwarded to one of our service technicians. Therefore, anytime you call TS Heat & Air, even on the weekends, you speak to a person who can assist you.

TS HEAT & AIR, INC. is the largest Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer in Oklahoma. In order to become a Factory Authorized Dealer our service technicians and management must have additional training and certifications. This means you receive quality service from knowledgeable technicians.
